With Bentley's 100th anniversary scheduled for next year and the Mulliner division is celebrating its founder with a special edition of Mulsanne. It pays tribute to the company's founder father, W.O. Bentley, and even contains an item from one of his cars.
The special model, which can be ordered on a regular or long-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed is inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. bentley continental gt key fob that W.O. W.O. is emblazoned in the shape of a B-shaped air vent on the chrome application through the back of the vehicle. The front grille is unique, gaining chrome mesh instead of the typical body-color mesh like that of the regular Mulsanne and including the Flying B logo as well.
The key box is engraved with Bentley wings and comes with a black flock lining. Key pouches are available to be bought to match or contrast the key box. The set includes a bespoke 1:18 scale model of the 8 Litre and an air-borne 'B' paperweight as well as a printed brochure featuring never-before-seen images of the original 1930s 8 Litre.

The key fob's knurling made of metal replicates the textures that are found throughout the interior, including the seat temperature controls and the shift knob. "We wanted the knurling's appearance to be as elegant and consistent as we could," says Van Braekel. It was crucial to keep the size and shape of the fob the same.
Bentley Mulliner customers can specify any color from the Bentley portfolio for their Bacalar as well as any combination of hides, veneers or custom embroidery. Almost 400,000 stitches deliver Bentley's signature diamond-indiamond quilting across the entire cabin. The mood lighting can be adjusted to suit a range of different moods.
